Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage the most relevant prospects for HeyTeam.
Create a consistent flow of qualified meetings (MQLs) for the Account Executive team.
Directly contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and to discovering new strategic accounts.
Rapidly process incoming leads from the website, marketing campaigns, or partners.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads until handoff to an Account Executive.
Identify and target new companies within key segments.
Set up multichannel prospecting sequences.
Approach the right stakeholders with personalized messaging.
Map strategic target accounts and understand their key challenges.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role within the technology, information, or internet sectors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong results orientation.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
