About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager driving growth in asset finance in QLD, WA, and VIC. Building broker relationships and managing sales in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing broker relationships and increase overall sales for your State
  • Acquire new broker firms to increase portfolio size
  • Build greater awareness of Angle’s value proposition in the market
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with a quick turnaround
  • Successfully deliver sales targets and strategic KPIs set by the business
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and implement innovative go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position in the Asset Finance space
  • Proven success in managing broker relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work at pace
  • Customer orientated and a strong relationship builder.
