About the role

  • Qualify inbound leads through account research and multi-channel outreach, nurturing prospects and coordinating with sales managers. Support marketing activities and maintain high-quality CRM data to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to the market / manage incoming leads and inquiries
  • Maintain high-quality data for contacts, accounts, campaigns, and activities
  • Qualify prospects by conducting account research, identifying key stakeholders, and generating interest
  • Work with prospects to develop an understanding of their needs and translate those needs into solution requirements
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for development and closing by scheduling meetings
  • Ultimately load the sales pipeline with qualified leads and opportunities
  • Use prospecting strategies to identify, segment, and research potential customers
  • Contact potential customers using all available channels (email, phone, social media)
  • Support field marketing activities (events and webinars)
  • Proactively nurture relationships with prospects to generate cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify new sales opportunities through targeted campaigns
  • Create, distribute, and follow up on company and product proposals, webinar invitations, and emails.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical (software) environment, ideally in Business Intelligence, analytics, or similar software solutions
  • Comfortable on the phone and accustomed to making several dozen calls per day
  • Proficient with enterprise productivity tools and online presentation platforms
  • Experience with a CRM tool (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, professional attitude, and results- and performance-oriented
  • Fluent in French and English
