About the role

  • Business Development Manager focused on building relationships in the clinical trials ecosystem. Engaging with pharma, medtech, and CROs to drive new business and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Open new opportunities, build relationships, and drive new business with pharma, medtech/biotech companies and CROs
  • Engage with sponsors, CROs and research partners, understand their needs
  • Own the full sales cycle — identifying opportunities, building relationships to negotiating and closing agreements

Requirements

  • Experience from sales in the clinical trial industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial judgement
  • Comfortable building relationships with sponsors and across the clinical trial subcontracting ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
