Responsibilities
Proactively generating interest in the AJ Bell Investcentre platform by engaging with key stakeholders at adviser firms.
Promoting our Managed Portfolio Service and multi-asset funds, ensuring advisers clearly understand the value they bring.
Converting new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing financial adviser firms.
Identifying, developing, and securing small to mid-sized new business migrations.
Driving lead generation through targeted outreach and proactive communication.
Delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new firms, including tailored training and ongoing support.
Following up on high-potential leads passed through Marketing and the Business Development Support team.
Conducting face-to-face meetings as needed to deepen adviser relationships and secure business.
Requirements
Proven experience in a platform and investments environment, ideally within financial services or fintech.
Strong understanding of investment platforms, financial adviser business models, and investment solutions.
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
Passionate about learning and development, especially in working towards relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII).
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
