About the role

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote technology, contact centre, and BPO solutions.
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and digital lead generation.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, outsourcing, or contact centre services.
  • Strong understanding of the South East Europe & Central Europe Banking ecosystem
  • Experience in selling Solutions and/or Services to Banks in South East Europe & Central Europe
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with international teams
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and events.
