Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote technology, contact centre, and BPO solutions.
Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and digital lead generation.
Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, outsourcing, or contact centre services.
Strong understanding of the South East Europe & Central Europe Banking ecosystem
Experience in selling Solutions and/or Services to Banks in South East Europe & Central Europe
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with international teams
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and events.
