  • lead analysis in areas where the consultant has experience
  • lead client engagement on specific sections of a project or programme
  • plan and present core information to stakeholder groups
  • coach and deliver training courses for more junior staff and members of the client team
  • engage with difficult stakeholder groups to identify issues and resolutions

Requirements

  • support client transformation and deliver planned change and benefit
  • effective within complex stakeholder landscapes by being a trusted advisor to Programme and Project Managers
  • familiar with one or more business consulting approaches/techniques
  • coaching other members of staff to help them develop core techniques
  • applies the principles of project management such as planning, risk management and resource management to small and medium sized business change projects
