About the role

  • Consultant for ITSM and ESM processes helping companies optimize their service processes. Engaging with stakeholders and providing training, workshops, and strategic support.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on the design, implementation and optimization of ITSM and ESM processes according to ITIL® and other best practices, and delivering ITSM/ESM projects
  • Tool consulting and integration: supporting the selection, implementation and optimization of service management platforms
  • Designing service-oriented structures in IT and other business units (e.g., HR, Finance, Facility Management)
  • Knowledge transfer: conducting training sessions, workshops and coaching
  • Providing strategic guidance during transformation initiatives
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Active knowledge sharing with colleagues and continuous professional development

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in consulting within IT Service Management and/or Enterprise Service
  • Knowledge of ITIL® (ideally certified) and, ideally, other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2® etc.
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills at all levels
  • Experience conducting workshops, training sessions or presentations
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
