About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage
  • Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
  • Increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes
  • Work to the education case management transformation programme and report into the Programme Manager
  • Work alongside colleagues in IT Service Management, Infrastructure and Security and with the Digital Innovation team including project management office, technical specialists, developers and business communications/engagement team

Requirements

  • Experienced Change Manager
  • Change management experience, ideally in a project or programme environment
  • Proven record of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts and technical details to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Ability to adjust to new challenges quickly, sometimes managing multiple areas of focus simultaneously
  • Right to work that enables them to commit to at least 6 months employment
  • Ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English (for 'customer facing role' legal requirement)
