Responsible for ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures
Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
Increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes
Work to the education case management transformation programme and report into the Programme Manager
Work alongside colleagues in IT Service Management, Infrastructure and Security and with the Digital Innovation team including project management office, technical specialists, developers and business communications/engagement team
Requirements
Experienced Change Manager
Change management experience, ideally in a project or programme environment
Proven record of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts and technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments
Ability to adjust to new challenges quickly, sometimes managing multiple areas of focus simultaneously
Right to work that enables them to commit to at least 6 months employment
Ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English (for 'customer facing role' legal requirement)
