Responsibilities
Support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and design through implementation to in‑life support
Analyze and design functional HR requirements
Work in an agile environment and create high-quality features, epics and user stories
Conduct business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
Perform minor configurations of ServiceNow modules
Support onboarding/mentoring of our junior consultants
Independently manage and continuously develop the ServiceNow service portfolio
Requirements
Subject-matter expertise in HR
Ideally you have experience with ServiceNow or you are motivated to acquire ServiceNow skills
Professional experience in software development, technology consulting and/or system integration
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy serving as the interface between IT and the business
Experience with the necessary level of detail in requirements analysis and design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in process optimization and modeling
Strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication and confident presentation skills
University degree
Business-fluent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for consulting projects
