About the role
- ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications at Pierce Technology Corp. Collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business needs.
- Implement new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including update sets and application scope.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
