Responsibilities
Performs software QA engineering for assigned ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on functional and regression testing.
Collaborates with the Engineering POD and other stakeholders to review client requirements, solution design, and related functional specifications.
Designs, develops and maintains detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow features and customizations.
Designs, builds and maintains automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Executes manual and automated test cases, analyzes results, logs defects and reports findings.
Investigates, triages and troubleshoots issues, providing clear insights, root-cause inputs and recommendations to developers, product owners and leadership.
Prepares and maintains test documentation, test evidence and reporting artifacts throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contributes to continuous quality improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
ServiceNow CSA Certified ATF micro certification
Designs, builds and maintains automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Executes manual and automated test cases, analyzes results, logs defects and reports findings to relevant stakeholders and teams.
