Responsibilities
Support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and concept through implementation to post-go-live operations
Analyze and design functional requirements in CRM and CSM
Work in agile environments and create features, epics, and user stories
Conduct business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
Perform minor configurations of ServiceNow modules
Support onboarding and mentor junior consultants
Independently shape the service portfolio in the ServiceNow domain
Requirements
Domain expertise in CRM and/or CSM
Ideally experience with ServiceNow or a strong motivation to acquire ServiceNow skills
Professional experience in software development, technology consulting, and/or system integration
Analytical and conceptual skills
Enjoy being the interface between IT and business stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of process optimization and modeling
Strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication, and confident presentation skills
University degree
Business-fluent German and good command of English
Willingness to travel for consulting projects within the DACH region
