About the role

  • Business Analyst in ServiceNow focusing on CRM/CSM. Guiding projects from consultancy to implementation within a multinational and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and concept through implementation to post-go-live operations
  • Analyze and design functional requirements in CRM and CSM
  • Work in agile environments and create features, epics, and user stories
  • Conduct business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
  • Perform minor configurations of ServiceNow modules
  • Support onboarding and mentor junior consultants
  • Independently shape the service portfolio in the ServiceNow domain

Requirements

  • Domain expertise in CRM and/or CSM
  • Ideally experience with ServiceNow or a strong motivation to acquire ServiceNow skills
  • Professional experience in software development, technology consulting, and/or system integration
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Enjoy being the interface between IT and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of process optimization and modeling
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication, and confident presentation skills
  • University degree
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel for consulting projects within the DACH region
