Responsibilities

Maintaining and updating records in the FCA system to ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
Contribute to two high-profile and fast-paced teams within the FCA’s operations.
Provide comprehensive support for the organisation and delivery of internal and external meetings and events.
Prepare documents and provide guidance to colleagues, offering flexible support across the team.
Requirements
Proven experience in a role which has required strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to handle staff confidential and sensitive data with utmost discretion.
Prior experience in a role that involves a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Capable of professionally engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders on both general and confidential matters.
Ability to build good working relationships & networks across the division.
Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the flexibility to work independently.
