Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience in a role which has required strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to handle staff confidential and sensitive data with utmost discretion.
Prior experience in a role that involves a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Capable of professionally engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders on both general and confidential matters.
Ability to build good working relationships & networks across the division.
Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the flexibility to work independently.
