Responsibilities
As an organizational talent in our academy team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly for our participants and instructors.
You are the central point of contact and support a variety of tasks: Course organization: you prepare training materials, maintain participant lists, issue certificates, and ensure that training rooms are ready.
Communication & support: you are the first point of contact for inquiries by phone and email and welcome our participants with a smile.
Team assistance: you support the academy team in day-to-day operations, take on administrative tasks, and help plan and follow up on events.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the FSJ/BFD
Minimum lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
Good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
Clean police clearance certificate (no relevant criminal convictions)
Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of planning and structuring tasks
Communicative and open personality
High reliability, true team spirit, and a willingness to get involved
Good PC skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
