About the role

  • Organization talent for the academy team ensuring smooth operations and participant support. Responsibilities include course organization, communication assistance, and team support.

Responsibilities

  • As an organizational talent in our academy team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly for our participants and instructors.
  • You are the central point of contact and support a variety of tasks: Course organization: you prepare training materials, maintain participant lists, issue certificates, and ensure that training rooms are ready.
  • Communication & support: you are the first point of contact for inquiries by phone and email and welcome our participants with a smile.
  • Team assistance: you support the academy team in day-to-day operations, take on administrative tasks, and help plan and follow up on events.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the FSJ/BFD
  • Minimum lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
  • Clean police clearance certificate (no relevant criminal convictions)
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of planning and structuring tasks
  • Communicative and open personality
  • High reliability, true team spirit, and a willingness to get involved
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
