About the role

  • Client Onboarding Administrator coordinating onboarding processes for clients at DJH. Ensuring all client documentation and information is collected and maintained efficiently within the onboarding team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all DJH offices, guiding them through the onboarding process from start-to-finish
  • Collect all required information and documentation to ensure a smooth setup
  • Liaise with previous accountants to facilitate an efficient and seamless transition
  • Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with relevant regulations
  • Prepare and issue letters of engagement to formally establish client relationships
  • Proactively follow up on any outstanding information or documentation to maintain progress
  • Finalise all onboarding steps to ensure clients are successfully and confidently integrated into the firm

Requirements

  • Have previous experience within an administration-based position, ideally within an accountancy practice (although not essential)
  • Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
  • Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
