Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all DJH offices, guiding them through the onboarding process from start-to-finish
Collect all required information and documentation to ensure a smooth setup
Liaise with previous accountants to facilitate an efficient and seamless transition
Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with relevant regulations
Prepare and issue letters of engagement to formally establish client relationships
Proactively follow up on any outstanding information or documentation to maintain progress
Finalise all onboarding steps to ensure clients are successfully and confidently integrated into the firm
Requirements
Have previous experience within an administration-based position, ideally within an accountancy practice (although not essential)
Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of Microsoft packages
Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
