You take over end to end responsibility for all brand marketing initiatives (Brand awareness Campaigns, Offline channels e.g. TV, Podcast, Radio, OOH, Partnerships, Offline Activations, Print) throughout all countries
Collaborate with creative and media agencies, freelancers and our internal creative team and department to create and ensure brand-oriented visuals for our brand marketing initiatives
Strategically, collaborating with the team on our brand identity (including Brand Strategy, Customer insights, Competitor Analysis, Brand Values), to position flaconi as top of mind and top of heart and constantly increase our brand awareness
Tracking goals and KPIs to evaluate our initiatives and performance in order to optimize our operations, processes and overall performance.
Evaluation and negotiation of offers for brand marketing initiatives
Supporting our Media Management team within the department
Create and present go-to-market strategies and brand concepts to management and key partners
Requirements
At least two years of professional experience in brand management/ brand marketing, project management, marketing, or other related fields
Experience collaborating with agencies and freelancers as well as in managing internal and external stakeholders
Organized with an eye for detail, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for trends in the beauty industry, e-commerce and social media & brand field
Analytical & performance driven approach and proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) or G-Suite
Proven ability to negotiate effectively
Business fluent in German and English
