Responsibilities
Serve as a core member of the LATAM Brand Team, developing regional brand strategy and tools in alignment with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional areas
Lead strategic decision-making for the brand by delivering market insights, competitive benchmarks, and ensuring alignment with local affiliate teams and key stakeholders
Engage and influence KOLs and key HCPs to generate endorsement and bring external perspectives to inform internal strategies
Develop programs, tools, campaigns, and events to support brand positioning and communicate the product’s unique value proposition
Create promotional and training materials to equip field teams in effectively communicating the product's differentiators
Define and monitor brand KPIs and ensure follow-up on action plans across the brand team where necessary
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Immunology
Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with high-cost or specialty care products
Proven track record of successful biologics launches, ideally at the regional level
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Communications, or a related field
