About the role

  • Brand Manager for LATAM in immunology, developing regional brand strategy and leading marketing initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches across Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the LATAM Brand Team, developing regional brand strategy and tools in alignment with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional areas
  • Lead strategic decision-making for the brand by delivering market insights, competitive benchmarks, and ensuring alignment with local affiliate teams and key stakeholders
  • Engage and influence KOLs and key HCPs to generate endorsement and bring external perspectives to inform internal strategies
  • Develop programs, tools, campaigns, and events to support brand positioning and communicate the product’s unique value proposition
  • Create promotional and training materials to equip field teams in effectively communicating the product's differentiators
  • Define and monitor brand KPIs and ensure follow-up on action plans across the brand team where necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Immunology
  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with high-cost or specialty care products
  • Proven track record of successful biologics launches, ideally at the regional level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required.
