Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager on specific activities relative to the development and implementation of marketing strategy and activation plan in the Global Travel Retail channel.
Contribute working seamlessly with a cross functional team spread across the world and on different time-zones.
Assist to create marketing and activation assets tailored for various travel retail subchannels.
Support on innovation process flow for NPDs.
Work closely with the team to adapt global communication strategies and materials to cater to the unique requirements and characteristics of the travel retail channel.
Co-operate with Channel and Customer team to help plan and execute in-store promotional activities and key trade events.
Support the team in conducting internal competitive and financial analysis.
Participate in budget-related activities by helping to track and manage marketing budgets.
Assist in ensuring that expenditures align with the established budgets.
Support in the PR activities and close communication with the partner agency.
Assist in the preparation of reports and meeting materials, including arranging meetings and crafting presentation decks.
Requirements
Fluency in English is a must for this role.
Economics degree – Marketing or Economics related fields.
Previous work/study experience in an international environment is a strong plus.
Proficient use of Office package (Power Point, Word, Excel).
