Responsibilities
Prepare and process non-standard or one-time customer invoices
Reconcile invoices against system data, rate plans, and contractual terms to identify and correct discrepancies
Monitor and analyse CDR trends to detect anomalies, usage spikes, or potential revenue leakage
Review and resolve billing-related support tickets in a timely manner
Manage existing customer dashboards and provide insights on recurring billing & trends
Maintain 100% accuracy in billing outputs through regular validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis
Deliver all non-standard or custom billing requirements within agreed turnaround times
Reduce billing-related ticket resolution time and enhance customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in a billing or revenue operations role
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
Demonstrates understanding of call data records.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication ability
Teamwork skills
Organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and to deadlines.
