About the role
- Billing Analyst ensuring accurate customer invoices and reports. Analyzing CDR trends and addressing billing discrepancies while working in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process non-standard or one-time customer invoices
- Reconcile invoices against system data, rate plans, and contractual terms to identify and correct discrepancies
- Monitor and analyse CDR trends to detect anomalies, usage spikes, or potential revenue leakage
- Review and resolve billing-related support tickets in a timely manner
- Manage existing customer dashboards and provide insights on recurring billing & trends
- Maintain 100% accuracy in billing outputs through regular validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Deliver all non-standard or custom billing requirements within agreed turnaround times
- Reduce billing-related ticket resolution time and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in a billing or revenue operations role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
- Demonstrates understanding of call data records.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication ability

- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and to deadlines.
