About the role

  • Billing Coordinator responsible for day to day billing needs and client relations at Stagwell. Collaborating with Finance and Account Management to ensure accurate invoicing and records management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day to day billing needs
  • Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to facilitate client billing
  • Maintain Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds
  • Research outstanding AR and AP - unbilled/billed items
  • Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client
  • Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or customer portal
  • Keep accurate records of client and vendor billing
  • Ensure clients are billed correctly for services offered in accordance to contracted rates

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience in billing or accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Excel required
  • Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must
  • Ability to pick up on new systems a must
