About the role

  • Office Manager responsible for managing the SERVPRO office team and overseeing administrative functions. Ensure customer satisfaction while providing training and performance management for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and motivate the SERVPRO® office team
  • Oversee all accounting functions and administrative activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
  • Manage training and development plans for office team
  • Oversee performance management for office team
  • Deliver financial reporting as needed
  • Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
  • Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • At least 3 years in Xactimate billing for Mitigation related jobs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
