Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Systems Analyst with hands-on involvement in requirements understanding, solution provider, database analysis, testing, and support.
Analyze relational data models and stored procedures to support system configuration and issue resolution.
Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement project requirements. Performing light project management including planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
Take ownership of escalated issues and conduct root cause analysis.
Document processes, data flows, and system changes.
Establish structure, introduce best practices, and participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Provides sizing estimation and technical dependencies during high level project review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with leadership or coordination exposure.
Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and optimization.
Experience with data warehouses and BI tools (e.g., SSAS, Power BI).
Familiarity with project management practices.
Experience in database systems (any of MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MariaDB, etc. ), API testing tools, CI/CD tools, Linux, and Windows OS.
Experience in EFT (Electronic Financial Transactions) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) is a plus.
Fluency in English (C1 level), both verbal and written.
Must have legal right to work in the EU.
Some travel within APAC region will be required
