About the role

  • Dig deep into prospecting, closing deals, and nurturing client relationships that drive success.
  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing sales.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, turning leads into lasting partnerships.
  • Initiate the sales process with engaging presentations and meetings.
  • Close deals by building rapport and understanding client needs.
  • Utilize CRM system to track leads and maintain client information.
  • Work closely with a supportive team of account managers and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A "hunter" mentality: you’re driven, self-motivated, and eager to chase opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.
