About the role

  • B2B Commercial Analyst at Decathlon managing client portfolios and driving sales growth through active prospecting. Collaborating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and proactively develop the clients in the portfolio to ensure repeat purchases, increase average order value (AOV), and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the CRM with excellence, recording the complete history, relationship actions taken, and next follow-up steps, ensuring a transparent and efficient commercial process.
  • Perform active multichannel prospecting (phone, email, social media), focusing on defined strategic segments to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present high-impact, tailored commercial proposals, managing the entire negotiation journey through to closing the sale.
  • Actively collaborate with partner areas (Logistics, Inventory, Finance, Brick-and-mortar Store) to ensure smooth order flow and deliver the best B2B customer experience.
  • Analyze and monitor the main portfolio performance KPIs (e.g., Revenue, Average Order Value (AOV), Proposal Conversion, and NPS), identifying bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of support and share best practices with junior analysts, contributing to the development and operational excellence of the B2B team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed — degrees in Business Administration or Economics are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the B2B sales funnel and the full commercial cycle, from prospecting (outbound/inbound) to closing and post-sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) for portfolio management and pipeline tracking.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
