Metro Practice Development Manager responsible for promoting CareCredit to Dental industry healthcare providers. Driving product adoption and managing business relationships in the Charlotte, NC area.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-person visits promoting CareCredit benefits to healthcare providers in the Dental industry
Drive product adoption and engagement to support providers and achieve credit utilization metrics
Build strong working relationships to understand sales growth opportunities
Strategically manage a defined book of business to meet/exceed revenue and application goals
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and manage existing provider enrollments
Develop long-term client relationships with physician offices to capitalize on growth opportunities
Engage in-person and virtually with office staff and doctors to implement action plans for CareCredit usage
Lead sales strategy and manage territory budget
Utilize identified sales strategies during provider visits and document activity in Salesforce
Maintain knowledge of Synchrony/Health & Wellness products and compliance requirements to support usage in industry
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years sales experience including 1+ years of Consultative Sales experience
Ability to travel daily up to 80% field with 50% overnight travel
Ideal candidate will reside within the city of Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Outside sales experience, Field Sales and Virtual/tele-sales experience
Skilled in virtual engagement, data-driven selling - supported by CRM insights
