Responsibilities

  • Lead program acquisitions strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Develop program acquisitions learning agenda and partner with marketing
  • Own the full cycle of analytical deliverables and present insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive insights
  • Mentor junior analysts and drive analytics goals
  • Recommend targeting strategies using advanced analytical tools
  • Act as a trusted advisor to solve complex business problems
  • Implement data visualization tools to track portfolio performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience in the financial services, credit card, or payments industry
  • Proficient in analytical tools (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
  • 7+ years developing and implementing analytics solutions
  • 5+ years using statistical analysis and data warehouse tools
  • 4+ years managing large-scale analytics projects
  • 3+ years in a client facing role
  • 2+ years managing remote teams
  • Ability to travel as required
