About the role

  • VP of Enrollment Strategy driving growth initiatives for Health & Wellness platform. Collaborating across teams to enhance operational enrollment capabilities and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the multi-year Enrollment Strategy and modernization roadmap
  • Own the design and enablement of digital and operational enrollment capabilities
  • Partner with Technology, Marketing, SFDC, Analytics, and Sales to identify capacity gaps
  • Translate business growth priorities into product, workflow, and enablement requirements
  • Develop compelling, data-driven business cases
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between Go-To-Market teams and operational delivery partners
  • Monitor enrollment performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution
  • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and performance insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a commercial, operational, or customer-facing leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed environment
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Salesforce CRM
  • Expertise in process improvement, communication strategy, or operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
