About the role

  • Owning candidate sourcing and engagement across multiple client searches.
  • Crafting job postings that reflect each client’s voice and attract the right talent.
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
  • Managing job postings, tracking applicants, and maintaining accurate candidate data.
  • Participating in client meetings and calls to share updates and gather feedback.
  • Conducting phone screens and initial candidate interviews.
  • Supporting interview coordination and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborating closely with the Recruiting team on search strategy, candidate outreach, and market research.
  • Pitching in on other recruiting projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Strong communicator who loves connecting with people.
  • Keen eye for organization with comfort juggling multiple searches and priorities.
  • Proactive, curious, and unafraid to ask questions when something’s unclear.
  • Bonus points if you have exposure to startups, consulting, or client-facing work!
