About the role
- Supports the Director Automotive in developing and expanding the Automotive segment. Responsible for acquiring key positions and managing key clients in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

- verantwortest deren Umsetzung mit
- managest unsere Bestandskunden und baust die Zusammenarbeit auf Managementebene kontinuierlich aus
- leitest Besetzungsprozesse (inter-)nationaler Mandate
- arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren Research-Spezialisten zusammen
- führst zielgerichtete Gespräche mit Kandidaten, Interim Managern und Kunden
- bist Markenbotschafter von KEYPLAYER in Deinem Segment
Requirements
- einige Jahre operative Berufserfahrung in dem Segment Automotive oder aus einer Unternehmensberatung mit dem Fokus auf das Segment Automotive
- Affinität für Vertrieb und Business Development
- strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
