About the role
- QC Specialist ensuring the accuracy and quality of marketing materials focusing on direct mail campaigns. Verifying data, compliance, and maintaining campaign quality throughout production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all client data is correctly processed and formatted before being sent to production.
- Cross-check that all data fields align with client specifications, identifying any inconsistencies.
- Validate sample outputs for accuracy before initiating mass print production.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure all revisions and approvals from clients are implemented accurately.
- Document all QC checks, report findings, and escalate any quality issues to the QC Manager or relevant teams.
- Provide suggestions for improving processes and overall efficiency in the QC workflow.
- Work closely with account managers, data analysts, and production teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure campaigns are executed on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality control
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
