Responsibilities
Ensure that all client data is correctly processed and formatted before being sent to production.
Cross-check that all data fields align with client specifications, identifying any inconsistencies.
Validate sample outputs for accuracy before initiating mass print production.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure all revisions and approvals from clients are implemented accurately.
Document all QC checks, report findings, and escalate any quality issues to the QC Manager or relevant teams.
Provide suggestions for improving processes and overall efficiency in the QC workflow.
Work closely with account managers, data analysts, and production teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure campaigns are executed on time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in quality control
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
