About the role

  • Ensure that all client data is correctly processed and formatted before being sent to production.
  • Cross-check that all data fields align with client specifications, identifying any inconsistencies.
  • Validate sample outputs for accuracy before initiating mass print production.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure all revisions and approvals from clients are implemented accurately.
  • Document all QC checks, report findings, and escalate any quality issues to the QC Manager or relevant teams.
  • Provide suggestions for improving processes and overall efficiency in the QC workflow.
  • Work closely with account managers, data analysts, and production teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure campaigns are executed on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality control
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
