About the role
- (Junior) Manager supporting the international scaling and development of restaurant operational standards in a growing, international company. Overseeing compliance and training initiatives in different locations.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Pflege und internationalen Skalierung unserer operativen Restaurantstandards – vereinzelt auch vor Ort in unseren Restaurants im In- und Ausland
- Sicherstellung der Markenkonformität und Einhaltung lokaler gesetzlicher sowie operativer Anforderungen
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines einheitlichen Dokumenten- und Standardmanagements
- Konzeptionelle Unterstützung bei Trainings- und Schulungsmaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verankerung der Standards
- Analyse von Kennzahlen und Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung operativer Prozesse und Standards
- Schnittstelle für interne und externe Stakeholder sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an den Head of Standards & Processes
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Hotel- oder Gastronomiemanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in der Gastronomiebranche von Vorteil
- Interesse an Operations, Prozessen, Qualität und Skalierung
- Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld mitzuwachsen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
