About the role

  • Invoice and Administration Assistant supporting the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award team. Role involves processing invoices, daily banking reconciliation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Daily banking reconciliation
  • Process Grant Funding applications
  • Opening and closing of accounts
  • Answer customer queries always ensuring a high level of customer service

Requirements

  • Experience and demonstrate working knowledge of working with accounting packages such as Sage or Business Central
  • Knowledge of the MS Suite including Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Experience with daily banking/banking reconciliation
