Responsibilities
Act as the technical bridge between Sokin and our clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Lead and manage the onboarding process, including technical integrations, migrations, and product customization based on client requirements.
Provide ongoing technical guidance, training, and best practices throughout the client lifecycle to ensure successful adoption.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize client integrations.
Maintain a portfolio of clients, managing technical expectations and identifying opportunities for additional value through new features or solutions.
Assist clients in configuring Sokin’s APIs, troubleshooting implementation issues, and advising on best practices for secure and efficient integration.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications to support client development teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and client-specific implementation notes.
Act as an internal advocate for client needs, influencing the product roadmap and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in API integrations, technical implementation, or technical account management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or payments.
Experience in the payments, financial services, or FX industry.
Previous experience working with global clients and distributed technical teams.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication standards (OAuth, JWT), and webhooks.
Technical proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, and familiarity with Postman, Swagger, or similar API tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and integration testing frameworks.
