Responsibilities
Apoiar os lançamentos de folha de pagamento e controle de benefícios;
Conduzir o processo de admissão, desde o agendamento do exame médico até o recebimento da documentação;
Acompanhar e orientar o novo colaborador sobre procedimentos de contratação e benefícios;
Solicitar abertura de conta para depósito do salário;
Fazer interface com a contabilidade para envio de fichas cadastrais e documentos;
Manter controles atualizados de benefícios, férias e exames periódicos;
Elaborar e atualizar planilhas mensais com informações dos colaboradores;
Esclarecer dúvidas e atender solicitações internas de forma ágil e cordial;
Apoiar nos processos de desligamento, desde a conferência da documentação até a finalização do processo com assinatura nos documentos rescisórios.
Requirements
Formação superior completa em Administração de Empresas ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos;
Conhecimento em Legislação Trabalhista;
Perfil organizado, proativo, dinâmico e com facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas;
Boa comunicação, empatia e disposição para trabalhar em equipe;
