Responsibilities
Análise de dados e criação de indicadores para definição do ciclo de vida do clientes;
Monitoramento e atualização de indicadores de performance das ações realizadas da área de CRM (réguas, disparos, leads);
Análise e divisão de toda base de clientes em grupos com características similares para direcionar ações fomentando vendas e personalizar abordagens de vendas;
Planejamento e implementação de estratégias de longo prazo para melhorar o relacionamento com os clientes e impulsionar o crescimento das vendas.
Requirements
Cursando ou Completo Superior em: Tecnologia, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Economia, ou áreas afins;
Experiência com as ferramentas de: SQL, SAS, ou outra solução que apoie na análise e manipulação de dados;
Desejável experiência com Lógica de programação;
Desejável experiência no segmento bancário.
