Responsibilities
Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes de forma oportuna con clientes y personal interno.
Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, aclarar información, investigar cada problema y ofrecer soluciones.
Elaborar cotizaciones para clientes.
Coordinar la recepción de solicitudes de clientes, Órdenes de Compra, programación de servicios y accesos a sucursales.
Brindar soporte a las operaciones y seguimiento oportuno al cumplimiento de servicios diarios.
Revisión, validación de servicios y refacciones para facturación.
Coordinar servicios con gerencias y supervisiones para satisfacción del cliente.
Actualizar documentación de servicios en plataformas internas y de cliente.
Requirements
Bachillerato concluido y/o Licenciatura en áreas administrativas o afines
Mínimo 2 años en Atención al Cliente
Manejo de excel
