Responsibilities
First point of contact for inquiries from clients of our partner insurance companies
Handling inbound calls (no sales, no legal advice)
Careful documentation and maintenance of data in the CRM system
Forwarding and coordinating inquiries with the responsible lawyers
Service-oriented support and information for new and existing customers throughout the entire process
Requirements
Business-fluent German, spoken and written
Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in customer service or the gastronomy/hospitality sector
Availability: 30–40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
Good knowledge of Google Workspace
