About the role

  • Drive After-Sales performance across selected European markets by supporting Country After-Sales Directors in improving service quality and maximizing profitability.
  • Key focus areas include: Increasing workshop volume and customer loyalty (CRM)
  • Boosting spare parts sales and upselling
  • Optimizing pay plans, quality bonuses, and contactability
  • Enhancing team efficiency, organization, and skills
  • Deploying transformation programs and tools
  • Coordinating with central S&You entities and Stellantis OEM stakeholders
  • Animate local markets to improve After-Sales KPIs through regular reviews, coaching, and field visits
  • Present business results and lead cross-country projects
  • Share best practices and monitor network development initiatives
  • Set up and deploy high-impact transformation tools and processes
  • Support Country Directors in team management and performance improvement
  • Advise on sales and marketing strategy, pay plans, and NSC negotiations
  • Ensure alignment and execution of central marketing plans
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Distrigo, ICT, Marketing, NSCs, and global After-Sales teams

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business/management with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent professional background
  • Proven experience in profit center / workshops management in the automotive sector
  • Strong knowledge of After-Sales operations: CRM, workshop flow, diagnostics, spare parts distribution
  • Financial and commercial acumen with full P&L understanding
  • Cross-functional leadership and remote team animation skills
  • Analytical mindset, customer-focused, results-driven
  • Creative, proactive, resilient, and well-organized
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French or Italian is a plus; Spanish, Portuguese or German are assets
  • Open-minded and adaptable to multicultural environments
  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode (remote work + days at the head office in your home country + travel to countries within your european sector)
