Responsibilities

  • Develops processes for consistency
  • Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Health insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a remote staff strongly preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience giving presentations to C-suite strongly preferred.
