Responsibilities
Manage and advise our existing customers in the after-sales area
Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions for the food and bakery industry
Support the implementation and use of our products and equipment
Conduct customer training and workshops to ensure optimal use of our solutions
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Prepare quotations and orders and track order progress
Participate in trade shows and events to present our products and services
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, food technology, or a related field
Experience in sales, ideally in after-sales or in the pharmaceutical sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused mindset and strong service orientation
Independent and structured working style
Strong team player with flexibility
Good written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel
