Responsibilities
Responsible for acquiring new customers for tailor-made software solutions in Switzerland
Systematically build and actively maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
Analyze the needs of prospective clients and advise on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions
Prepare proposals and handle tenders
Build and maintain the network by participating in events and trade shows
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development
Proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions
A strong talent for sales and business development
Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.)
German (C1 - business fluent/negotiation level) and English (B2 - fluent)
