About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive focusing on B2B software solutions at mimacom. Driving customer acquisition and maintaining high-quality sales pipeline while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers for tailor-made software solutions in Switzerland
  • Systematically build and actively maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Analyze the needs of prospective clients and advise on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions
  • Prepare proposals and handle tenders
  • Build and maintain the network by participating in events and trade shows

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions
  • A strong talent for sales and business development
  • Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.)
  • German (C1 - business fluent/negotiation level) and English (B2 - fluent)
