About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo/TI role supporting the technology platform operations of LBCA. Involves product development assistance and client support for system inquiries and technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the product development area, learning the full workflow to gain experience and knowledge of the profession
  • Assist with customer support to resolve system-related inquiries
  • Assist with opening and closing tickets in the company's ticketing system
  • Provide customer support to resolve technical questions about the software

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Intends to, is currently pursuing, or has completed higher education in a technology-related field
  • Excel: intermediate level (filters, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables)
  • Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides: intermediate level
  • Passionate about technology
  • Committed and punctual
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Dedicated and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
