Responsibilities
Answers telephones, screens calls and takes messages so callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately.
Transcribes, type, format and proof reads a variety of material using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
Coordinates internal and external meetings including scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
Manages the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.
Uses office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes and printers.
Performs other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
