About the role

  • Register students and refer them to selection processes for internship and apprenticeship opportunities, issuing referral letters through the internship management system.
  • Monitor the return of internship documents using daily reports generated by the internship management system, keeping files organized and up to date for future queries.
  • Notify students to collect internship-related documents, ensuring their legality and compliance.
  • Advise students, educational institutions, and companies by providing information about the internship and/or apprenticeship program in accordance with current legislation.
  • Analyze and register internship or apprentice vacancies by contacting partner companies to align client needs with the profile of the open opportunity.
  • Issue internship agreements or Apprenticeship Commitment Agreements upon company confirmation and presentation of the approved students' personal and academic documents in the partner company selection processes, including issuance of addenda when changes are required.
  • Request discounts, extensions, and/or cancellation of institutional contributions in case of incorrect charges or address changes.
  • Receive and verify interns' attendance sheets from partner companies to ensure accuracy in stipend calculations.
  • Send interns' attendance sheets to the Stipend Payments department for processing.
  • Support the Customer Service Consultant by assisting with debt negotiations to ensure internal/external coordination and maintain service quality.
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding competitor recoveries (reversals), new business, visits conducted, negative variances, prospecting, and other commercial information to support supervision in evaluating and optimizing the sales force.
  • Monitor specific reports on rejected payments, taking necessary corrective actions to enable confirmation of stipend credit to the intern's bank account.
  • Advise interns and companies, when requested, regarding stipend payments.
  • Provide assistance to companies and interns regarding personal accidents and activation of the insurance policy, guiding them on required documentation and procedures to follow.
  • Issue receipts and tax invoices for company contributions after receipt and verification of the attendance sheet.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in serving internal and external customers (customer service)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
