Responsibilities
Support the site manager with administrative tasks and client relations
Lead the Front Office team and coordinate reception activities
Serve as a warm host and point of contact for customers at the front desk and in the coworking area
Maintain the CRM system, prepare and verify invoices, and manage ordering
Prepare reports and statistics for cost and budget monitoring
Act as the interface to external service providers, clients and internal departments
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial field or in hotel management
Several years of relevant experience at a reception or front desk
Experience with invoicing, debt collection (dunning) and other accounting matters
Initial experience in supervising staff
Strong customer focus and excellent organizational skills
Confident communication skills in German and English
