About the role

  • Front Office Manager overseeing reception and administrative tasks at Design Offices. Leading a team to ensure excellent customer service and managing operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the site manager with administrative tasks and client relations
  • Lead the Front Office team and coordinate reception activities
  • Serve as a warm host and point of contact for customers at the front desk and in the coworking area
  • Maintain the CRM system, prepare and verify invoices, and manage ordering
  • Prepare reports and statistics for cost and budget monitoring
  • Act as the interface to external service providers, clients and internal departments

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field or in hotel management
  • Several years of relevant experience at a reception or front desk
  • Experience with invoicing, debt collection (dunning) and other accounting matters
  • Initial experience in supervising staff
  • Strong customer focus and excellent organizational skills
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
