About the role

  • Perform product, supplier and other item registrations, ensuring accuracy and standardization of information;
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information in corporate systems;
  • Update and review registrations in accordance with internal policies and SLA deadlines;
  • Assist in data analysis and updates to maintain the integrity of databases;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of SAP, Tasy and MV systems;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and organization of registration processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required;
  • University degree completed or in progress is a plus;
  • Prior experience in administrative routines required;
  • Availability for hybrid work model (3 days on-site);
  • Reside in Campinas or in nearby/commutable cities.
