Responsibilities
Act as deputy to the Front Office Manager during absences
Competent leadership of the reception team
Onboarding and training of apprentices and students
Staff scheduling and preparation of duty and vacation rosters
Handling all check-in and check-out formalities
Professional management of guest complaints and claims
Internal communication and coordination with other hotel departments
Preparation of daily closing reports and monthly closings using Fidelio Suite 8
Requirements
Completed vocational training in hospitality
Relevant professional experience in the described role
Confident demeanor with guests and a distinctly friendly manner
Organized and independent working style
Proficient computer skills
Experience with Fidelio Suite 8 is desirable (training can be provided if necessary)
