About the role

  • Assistant Front Office Manager at AHORN Hotels & Resorts leading reception team and handling guest relations. Responsibilities include training staff, managing schedules, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Act as deputy to the Front Office Manager during absences
  • Competent leadership of the reception team
  • Onboarding and training of apprentices and students
  • Staff scheduling and preparation of duty and vacation rosters
  • Handling all check-in and check-out formalities
  • Professional management of guest complaints and claims
  • Internal communication and coordination with other hotel departments
  • Preparation of daily closing reports and monthly closings using Fidelio Suite 8

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality
  • Relevant professional experience in the described role
  • Confident demeanor with guests and a distinctly friendly manner
  • Organized and independent working style
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with Fidelio Suite 8 is desirable (training can be provided if necessary)
