Responsibilities
Handle post-sales activities for leasing contracts, performing contract maintenance, extensions, and early settlements;
Manage and process payments of contract-related expenses (such as IPVA — vehicle property tax — and notary fees);
Make payments to DETRAN (state traffic departments) offices across Brazil when there are outstanding issues in the name of vehicles linked to the contracts;
Maintain control of RENAVAM numbers, IPVA records, and associated documentation;
Support accounting and administrative reconciliation of payment records;
Use internal systems and Microsoft Office to control and update information.
Requirements
Knowledge of administrative and financial routines;
Good understanding of accounting processes and payment flows;
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Attention to detail and strong document control skills;
Previous experience with leasing, financing, or bank back-office operations;
Experience in accounts payable or administrative expense control;
