About the role

  • Administrative Assistant managing post-sales for leasing contracts at Bradesco bank. Responsibilities include financial controls and document management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle post-sales activities for leasing contracts, performing contract maintenance, extensions, and early settlements;
  • Manage and process payments of contract-related expenses (such as IPVA — vehicle property tax — and notary fees);
  • Make payments to DETRAN (state traffic departments) offices across Brazil when there are outstanding issues in the name of vehicles linked to the contracts;
  • Maintain control of RENAVAM numbers, IPVA records, and associated documentation;
  • Support accounting and administrative reconciliation of payment records;
  • Use internal systems and Microsoft Office to control and update information.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of administrative and financial routines;
  • Good understanding of accounting processes and payment flows;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Attention to detail and strong document control skills;
  • Previous experience with leasing, financing, or bank back-office operations;
  • Experience in accounts payable or administrative expense control;
  • Familiarity with internal banking systems.
