About the role

Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyze and report legal indicators (litigation, contracts and advisory).
- Perform the monthly closing of provisions for judicial and administrative proceedings with appropriate postings for additions, reversals, payments and interest.
- Prepare and present dashboards and strategic reports for executive management and other areas.
- Reconcile payments and monitor cash flow for legal impacts.
- Support the preparation of materials for strategic meetings and committees.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s internal policies and governance rules.
- Liaise with finance, accounting and controllership to align data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Specialization or additional courses in Legal Management, Legal Controllership or Legal Operations preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Familiarity with legal digital transformation and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Python or similar).
- Knowledge of legal provisions and their impact on financial results (CPC 25).
- Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and legal metrics.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash flow.
- Experience with ELAW legal management systems and SAP financial systems.
